I own 1000 shares of Draftkings (DKNG). I bought 500 shares at 2 different prices. I sold 5 Calls against 500 shares yesterday, and I was just filled on a 5 contract Call on the other 500 shares. This Call I went out to next Friday to get a good premium because I own these shares at $41.50 and the stock’s at $35.50. I received a 1.2% premium for the 10 day Call.
Sell to Open 5 DKNG 8/7/20 $41.50 C @ 50¢ (+$500)
I now have Calls sold on all the stock I was not assigned on last Friday.
This Covered Call gets a Risk Factor 1.
