The link below will bring you to The Options Industry Council (OIC). They report the most active options, and the information is updated every few minutes. It will list the 20 most active options of the day for each stock (equity), Index and EFT. Each list will show the symbol, the number of contracts trader, the percentage of Calls and Puts, and the daily volume. This is very valuable information. Some gurus sell this information. Be careful where you spend your money. With a little work you can find anything on the internet.

Here you will see the most active Puts and Calls with specific Strike Price and Expiration Dates, and up to the minute prices and volume. Much of this information is sold by the Najarian brothers from CNBC.
