Out of NVDA Calls…..Again!

I just exited the long Call position I purchased a little while ago. Like I said in my last post, I’m not a Day Trader, However, I guess sometimes I am! lol I’m a big believer in taking profit and today I made exactly the same trade as yesterday and I sold the position with exactly the same profit, $500! I will take the $500 and stick it in my mattress. Below are the 2 trades I made to pocket the $500.

Buy to Open 10 NVDA 1/17/20 $175.00 C @ $17.20 ($17,200)

Sell to Close 10 NVDA 1/17/20 $175.00 C @ $17.70 (17,700)

Profit +$500

I know some of my explanations get a little wordy, and might take some thinking to understand. Especially the post explaining why I bought the option I just sold. I never said I was a writer! If I were I’d be writing books instead of blogging lol. If you have any questions on the Moving Averages please send me an email. If you want to be a Swing Trader this technical Analysis is very important.

Continue studying and I’ll continue to post my trades as I get in and get out. You will see if I make money or lose money. As I look at Facebook I see many advertisements pushing people to join their sites with a subscription fee. I always say, and sometimes I write in the comment section of their post, If they were so good making money at trading why are they charging for subscriptions? No matter how good or bad I am at this game, I’m trying to put my money where my mouth is. I’ll make my money trading not selling subscriptions. I would like to know if any of these sites are listing trades as they get in. Or, do they list the trades after it’s completed? Do they list trades at all?

Let’s keep studying together. We will make money! Try not to mimic my trades. Sometimes trades change in seconds. Plus, If you did mimic my trades you might make money but I want to teach you to do it yourself, find your own deals. Develop your own strategy according to your own risk tolerance.

As I said with yesterday’s trade, I might have exited to early. After I sold the stock is continuing up. Also like I said yesterday, you never lose money taking profit. I am a little worried how the market might react after the Fed meeting tomorrow. I’ll take the profit and run!

I’m very happy with the 2 trades I made yesterday and today. I might close my computer and go out to lunch. lol
