A little under 2 weeks ago I bought 1000 shares of CLF at $11.70. I was hoping to make $1 on the stock for a $1000 profit. This didn’t happen yet, and since I really don’t want to hold the stock, I sold. I got in at $11.70 and it went down to the $11.25 area. Today the stock is up a little and I saw the opportunity to get out at the same price I bought at, so I did. I had no profit!

Since I’m on the sight I’ll fill you in on whats happening with my basketball coaching. We are in the middle of the New York City Catholic School playoffs. We had a bye for the 1st round and we won our game in the 2nd round. We are now in the semi-finals for the city championship in the A division. We had a game scheduled for today at 4:15pm but the game was postponed until tomorrow because of weather. New York City is looking at a little snow and ice today. Hopefully the extra day will help. We will be playing a team that won the city championship last years. This team is coached by a great coach and a good friend of mine, who is also a Main Street beats Wall Street reader.
I do wish Coach Dan much luck in making money in the market, however, at this time basketball is a different story. I normally wish Dan all the luck in the world, but since this game he’ll be playing me, I can’t lol.
