Micron is a great company with great ratings. With the stock at $25.84 I just sold 20 contracts of the 3/10/17 $26 Naked Calls for a premium of 25¢ ($500). This trade fits into my “1 Week/1%” strategy. It’s a $25 stock and I got a 1 week premium of 25¢. I love deals like this. This is a Naked Call on a very good stock so I’ll watch it very closely. I might be covering later today or tomorrow if I have to. Because of this situation on a good stock close to the Strike Price I’ll give this trade a Risk Factor 5. I’ll hope for a little pull back. Here’s the sell order:
Sell to Open 20 MU 3/10/17 $26 C @ 25¢ (+$500)
With U.S. Steel (X) down a little, I’m nipping away at my $3000 weekly goal with some smaller premiums. If X pops tomorrow I’l get a Call sold on my 5000 shares.
