Out of 5 Contracts with Tesla and 8 Contracts with Apple

It’s getting late in the day and I’m trying to clean up shop. I’m completely out of Tesla with the selling of my last 5 contract Call. And I sold an 8 contract Call with Apple.

With Tesla I bought 1 1/15/21 $2150 Call for a premium of $398.50. After the split I have 5 contracts of the 1/15/21 $430 Calls. With a few minutes remaining to the day I sold the 5 contracts for $134. This gave me another $27, 500 profit. Crazy!

8/26/20 – Buy to Open 1 TSLA 1/15/21 $2150.00 C @ $398.50 

8/31/20 – Sell to Close 5 TSLA 1/15/21 $430.00 C @ $134.00 

Profit +$27,150

This is a 68% return for a 1 week position. I hope you played the splits!

I also closed an 8 contract position with Apple. I bought 2 contracts on 8/21 and with the split it turned into 8 contracts. This 10 day trade gave me a profit of $6696. A return of 75%.

8/21/20  – Buy to Open 2 AAPL 1/15/21 $480.00 C @ $44.50

8/31/20 – Sell to Open 8 AAPL 1/15/21 $120.00 C @ $19.50 

Profit +$6696 

This will be the final trade of the day. I still have a bunch of Apple contracts. I’ll work on them tomorrow.

This was one crazy day! I have no idea what I locked in. I have to go count up now.

Today I also sold a 10 contract Naked Call with Workhorse. The stock was up big this morning and I don’t think it will continue tomorrow.

I sold 10 contracts of the WKHS 9/4/20 $20 Call for a premium of 85¢. This is a very high premium. I’ll be watching this Naked Call very closely.

This will be my biggest day ever and it will be my biggest week ever. I do not think I’ll beat these numbers any time soon. But I hope I will! lol

I still have some Apple positions left and who knows what the market will do for the rest of the week. Even if Apple pulls back I have a lot of time for the contracts to expire. When al is said and done, I think this stock split strategy did great. I really hope some of you got in and took advantage of the rare stock split. I feel with the success Tesla and Apple had we will see more soon.
