I was away to bring in the new year and I forgot to report a Marvell trade.

Early morning on New Year’s Eve I left my home to head out to the Hamptons. My wife and I were visiting friends for a few days, then on the way home we were stoping for an overnighter at Irene’s cousin’s house in Huntington. Before we left the Hamptons on the morning of Jan 2nd I placed a trade to sell 10 Calls against my 1000 shares of Marvell (MRVL). While we were on the road I was filled on that trade. I just noticed, when we got to our destination I never reported the trade with an email, and I never added it to my “Active Trades/Current Positions.”

I just added this trade to my active trades page. Below is the Trade Confirmation.

1/2/20 – Sell to Open 10 MRVL 1/10/20 $27.50 C @ 35¢ (+$350)

""

This trade will expire this Friday. I’m sorry for the late notice of this trade but I’m still recovering from New Year’s Eve lol.

Successful trading,
