Looking to sell a Call.<\/p>\n<p>This morning before the open Evercore upgraded SNAP to an \u201coutperform\u201d from \u201cin-line.\u201d They also raised their price target to $20. The brokerage did an upgrade and raised it\u2019s price target because of Snap\u2019s entry into the gaming industry.<\/p>\n<p>Also if you go to <strong>Main Street beats Wall Street\u2019s<\/strong> page \u201c<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mainstbeatswallst.com\/?page_id=5265\">Today\u2019s Most Active Options<\/a><\/span>\u201d and hit the link you will see the lopsided buying of Calls compared to Puts. This shows there\u2019s a lot of interest in Snap with option traders.<\/p>\n<p>I bought 2000 shares of the stock at $16 per share.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Buy 2000 Shares SNAP @ $16.00<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This is not the time I\u2019m trying to own more stock but I see a nice opportunity to sell an option with this stock with low risk. I plan on selling a Call today or tomorrow. I\u2019m looking for a 35\u00a2 premium on a 4 day option. I\u2019ll probably have to sell the Call with a $16 Strike Price and only make money with the premium but thats OK. If I get the 35\u00a2 on a 20 contract Call the premium will be $700. Let\u2019s watch and see what happens.<\/p>\n<p>If I get this Call sold the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mainstbeatswallst.com\/?page_id=379\">Rate of Return<\/a><\/span> will be 2.1%.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m also watching Twitter very closely. It\u2019s in a <strong>Wedge Pattern<\/strong> and I feel it will be dropping.
