This week I had 4 positions come to an end. It ended up being a nice week but I still working hard to get my trading funds up to the point where I can draw 3 or 4 thousand a month. I\u2019m still holding a bunch of stock which I\u2019m not ready to sell yet because they\u2019re still going up.<\/p>\n

Profit $200<\/strong><\/p>\n With Netflix I sold a Covered Call against shares I own. The stock moved too good and I didn\u2019t want to get assigned so I did a Rollout. After the Rollout the stock came down and on expiration day I didn\u2019t get assigned. Not a huge profit but I made $200.<\/p>\n Advanced Micro Devices<\/p>\n 4\/22\/19 \u2013 Sell to Open 10 AMD 4\/26\/19 $29.00 C @ 30\u00a2 (+$300)<\/p>\n 4\/26\/19 \u2013 Expired 10 AMD 4\/26\/19 $29.00 C<\/p>\n \u00a0Profit +$300<\/strong><\/p>\n I previously owned 1000 shares of AMD and I sold a 10 contract Call. The stock did not go above my Strike Price so I keep the premium and I keep my stock. I\u2019ll try to sell another Call this coming week. The premium was $300.<\/p>\n Nvidia<\/p>\n 4\/18\/19 \u2013 Sell to Open 1 NVDA 4\/26\/19 $187.50 C @ $2.80 (+$280)<\/p>\n 4\/26\/19 \u2013 Expired 1 NVDA 4\/26\/19 $187.50 C<\/p>\n Profit +$280<\/strong><\/p>\n I bought 100 shares of NVDA for the sole purpose of doing a Grasshopper trade. I sold a 1 contract Call. I love the stock but I didn\u2019t care if I was assigned or not. With NFLX I really didn\u2019t want to get assigned so I made an adjustment trade, with NVDA the stock went up above my Strike Price but I didn\u2019t do a Rollout. The stock came back down and I wasn\u2019t assigned. I hope to sell another Call Monday.<\/p>\n RH<\/p>\n 4\/24\/19 \u2013 Sell to Open 1 RH 4\/26\/19 $106.00 C @ 2.25 (+$225)<\/p>\n 4\/26\/19 \u2013 Expired 1 RH 4\/26\/19 $106.00 C<\/p>\n Profit +$225<\/strong><\/p>\n I bought 100 shares of RH to do another Grasshopper Trade. I sold the Call. The stock was above the Strike Price all week but at the close on Friday the stock closed a few cents below so I was not assigned. Again, I hope to sell another Call on Monday.<\/p>\n Not a bad week for making mostly Grasshopper Trades. These are great trade to learn from if you are a beginner. Even if you\u2019re not, each trade brought me a return of over 1% in the week. I love these trades!<\/p>\n I\u2019ll be up early Monday trying to get all these Calls sold again. Let\u2019s see how the market opens and where NFLX, AMD, NVDA and RH are.
