I only have 2 trades to report this week. I’ve really been lying low waiting for my Netflix (NFLX) and Facebook (FB) to recover. FB has been moving nicely but NFLX has been taking it’s time. I believe it will happen, these are 2 great companies. Today, FB is up $5 at $183 and NFLX is up $1 at $344. I’ll be very happy when FB is back over $200 and NFLX over $400.<\/p>\n
The 2 trades I will be reporting is with Micron (MU) and RH (RH).<\/p>\n

Micron<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Last week I bought 1000 shares of MU at $52.50 and this week, on Tuesday, the stock was moving so I put a sell order in at $54. By the end of the day I was filled and I made a $1.50 on the sale for a gain of $1500. Money in the mattress!<\/p>\n 7\/23\/18 \u2013 Buy1000 Shares MU @ $52.50<\/p>\n 7\/31\/18 \u2013 Sell 1000 Shares MU @ $54<\/p>\n Profit $1500<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n RH<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n On 7\/18\/18 I bought 100 shares of RH at $133 as a Grasshopper trade. I sold a $139 Call then and have been selling the same Call for the last 3 weeks. Each week I was not assigned. RH is staying in a range between $133 and $139. I’ll sell this 1 contract Call as long as I can or until I get assigned. It’s not a big payday but it’s a great example of a grasshopper trade that some of you beginners can do bringing in a 1.5% premium per week. I love trades like this! My father used to lock up 5 or 10 thousand dollars for a year or 2 to get 3 or 4% with a CD. Here I invested $13,300 and I’m getting 1.5% every week. I’m going on my 4th week. Can you imagine the return if I did this for a year, every week, 78%! \u00a0This is what trading options is all about, not the big payday. The ones who look for the big payday are the ones who make trading options look very risky. Slow and steady, steady and slow.
