This morning I bought 1000 shares of RH at the open and right at the close I sold the shares. I bought the shares to cover a 10 contract Naked Call because the stock was moving up. At the end of the day I changed my mind about wanting the RH Call covered. The stock has been moving crazy lately and it had another big day today. Looking at the candlestick chart it looks to me like after most big days the stock gives some back the next day. I feel the stock might go down tomorrow so I decided to go Naked on my Call that is 50\u00a2 In-the-Money. Even if it doesn’t go down I think it will go up and down during the day and I think I’ll get a chance to buy it back below my Strike Price. Let’s watch and see what happens tomorrow. Either way I grabbed some nice profit on this “Day Trade.” I bought the 1000 shares for $16.69 and I just sold for $37.90. These trades were both made today so it was a day trade.
