I made a few trades today. I placed the orders, was filled, and I’m just getting to report them now. I’ve had a busy day!<\/p>\n
With Apple bouncing back and up $4 today I sold a Call against my shares. I’m in the stock at $117.50 and I sold the $118 Calls. I sold 10 contracts of the AAPL 11\/6\/20 $118 Calls for a small premium of 25\u00a2. I was filled when the stock was up$2. I just wanted to take in something for business expenses. I like Apple but if I get assigned, no problem!<\/p>\n
Sell to Open 10 AAPL 11\/6\/20 $118.00 C @ 25\u00a2 (+$250)<\/strong><\/p>\n Peloton is also on the move today. I have 2000 shares. 1000 at $152.50 and 1000 at $139. I was filled on a Call against my $139 shares. I sold 10 Contracts of the PTON 11\/6\/20 $139 Calls for a premium of 60\u00a2 for $600.<\/p>\n Sell to Open 10 PTON 11\/6\/20 $139.00 C @ 60\u00a2 (+$600)<\/strong><\/p>\n I’m still trying to get filled on a Call against my $132.50 shares.<\/p>\n I made a few moves with Zoom. I hope I’m clear when I write about them.<\/p>\n I owned 300 shares of Zoom. 200 at $520 and 100 at $518. I sold Calls against all the shares for a premium of $1.50. I sold 3 ZM 11\/6\/20 Calls for a premium of $1.50 for $450.<\/p>\n Today I decided to lower my average cost with the buying of another 100 shares at $474. I now own 400 shares of ZM at the average price of $508.<\/p>\n With Time Decay working on my $1.50 premium I did a “Buy to Close” of my $520 Call at 80\u00a2. This was a day trade!<\/p>\n 11\/4\/20 – Sell to Open 3 ZM 11\/6\/20 $520.00 C @ $1.50 (+$450)<\/strong><\/p>\n 11\/4\/20 – Buy to Close 2 ZM 11\/6\/20 $520.00 C @ 80\u00a2 (-$240)<\/strong><\/p>\n At this point I had these 300 shares free and I bought the another 100 shares. Against the 400 shares that I own at $508 I sold 4 ZM 11\/6\/20 $510 Calls for a premium of $1.60 for a total premium of $640<\/p>\n Sell to Open 4 ZM 11\/6\/20 $510.00 C @ $1.60 (+$640)<\/strong><\/p>\n I hope these Zoom trades make sense. The bottom line is I now own 400 shares of Zoom at $508.
