It’s been a busy morning for a big down day. I already reported my trades with PTON and NVDA. I just got filled on trades with Draftkings (DKNG), Nutanix (NTNX) and United Airlines (UAL). If things go the way I feel they will I’m set up for another great week. But, let’s not count the chickens yet. We still have a full week ahead.<\/p>\n
I still own 500 shares of DKNG from last week. I did a Covered Call but was not assigned. I was filled on another 5 contract Call.<\/p>\n
Sell to Open 5 DKNG 6\/19\/20 $42.00 C @ 80\u00a2 (+$400)<\/strong><\/p>\n After getting premiums on these shares this trade gives me another 1.2% return. This Covered Call is a Risk Factor 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I also still own 1000 shares of NTNX from not getting assigned last week and I was filled on another 10 contract Call.<\/p>\n 6\/15\/20 \u2013 Sell to Open 10 NTNX 6\/19\/20 $23.50 C @ 40\u00a2 (+$400)<\/strong><\/p>\n This trade gives me another 1.6% return after getting a premium last week. The only difference with this trade is it’s In-the-Money<\/strong>. I bought the stock at $23.65 on 6\/5 but I just sold the $23.50 Call. If I get assigned I’ll lose 15\u00a2 on the stock sale. I took this chance because I didn’t like the premium for the $24 Call. And it’s really not a big deal because I already made money on these shares so If I give some back on assignment it’s only $150. This trade also gets a Risk Factor 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Next I did a 5 contract Covered Call with UAL. I bought 500 shares at $36.50 and sold 5 contracts of the $37 Call<\/p>\n Buy 500 Shares UAL @ $36.50<\/strong><\/p>\n Sell 5 UAL 6\/19\/20 $37.00 C @ $2.05 (+$1025)<\/strong><\/p>\n This trade gave me a whopping return of 5.6%. The volatility on UAL has been off the charts. I give this trade a Risk Factor 2<\/strong>. With the volatility you never where the stock goes. I don’t care how high it goes, but I don’t want to get caught in the stock if it goes into the 20’s.
