I locked in $370 and with this cash I bought more Medical Properties Trust (MPW).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2\/7\/23 &#8211; Sell to Open 10 MPW 2\/17\/23 $13.00 C @ 40\u00a2 (+$400)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2\/13\/23 &#8211; Buy to Close 10 MPW 2\/17\/23 $13.00 C @ 13\u00a2 (-$130)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Profit +$270<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2\/14\/23 &#8211; Sell to Open 10 MPW 2\/24\/23 $13.00 C @ 33\u00a2 (+$330)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2\/15\/23 &#8211; Buy to Close 10 MOW 2\/24\/23 $13.00 C @ 23\u00a2 (-$230)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Profit +$100<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I also have another Covered Call active with these 1000 shares of MPW. This Call is set to expire next week on 3\/3\/23. This position will give me a premium of $400 if I hold until expiration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Total Weekly Gain +$370<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ths trades I&#8217;ve been making the last few weeks are good Grasshopper Trades. This stock&#8217;s volatility is low so you don&#8217;t get the big swings you would get with other stocks with higher volatility. Plus, as you know I like to get assigned on my Covered Calls but with these I don&#8217;t care.
