In that post I bought 400 shares of MPW. Yesterday I bought an additional 400 shares giving me a total of 800 shares. The first 400 shares I bought at $10.95 and yesterday I paid $12.20. My average price is $11.57. If the dividend stays the same I well receive my dividend in the second week of April. The Pay Date was not announced yet. With my cost my dividend will be 10%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>1\/26\/23 Buy 400 Shares MPW @ $12.20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Today I also did a 5 contract Covered Call with MPW. I bought 500 shares at $12.48 and sold a 2\/3\/23 $13 \u00a05 contract call for a premium of 25\u00a2 for a total premium of $125.
