As usual I have a good excuse lol.

Whenever I have a busy weekend it’s tough to get this report out in a timely fashion. Well this weekend I was very busy. The main time consumer was the Tunnel to Towers (T2T) event. Some of you might be familiar with Tunnel to Towers but if you’re not I’ll give you a quick explanation.

This organization was formed my the family of Steve Siller.

On the morning of Sept 11, 2001 Steve Siller was driving on 278 from Staten Island to Brooklyn. He was a NYC firefighter on his way to work. When you are on 278 traveling north in Brooklyn you come to a section that splits; to the right you continue north on 278 and the left brings you to the Battery tunnel (Hugh Carey Tunnel) to downtown manhattan. When the planes hit the towers Steve was at this spot. Very quickly the morning traffic came to a dead halt. Here Steve is a NYC firefighter with his gear in the trunk and stuck in traffic. Steve decided to vacate his car on the side of the highway, grab his gear and run close to 5 miles to help at the burning buildings. There was cars stopped in the tunnel with exhaust flowing, and Steve was carrying his heavy gear. When he got through the tunnel he continued his run to the site of the World Trade Center. He arrived just in time for a tower to collapse.

Today the Tunnel to Towers foundation is one of the largest in the world. They do a lot of good! They honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb. It’s a great foundation that helped hundreds of families of the military and first responders around the entire country.

This weekend was their largest event that retraces Steve’s footsteps from Sept 11, 2001. This year there was over 35 thousand participants. It’s a huge event with people from all over the world.

OK, after that quick, but important, history lesson let’s get to this week’s results.

I only made 1 Grasshopper trade and it was a big loser. I decided to sell my shares of the garbage stock, Harley Davidson (HOG). I was in it long enough and it was time to dump this loser. It was part of getting more liquid to work on my Day Trading.

With this 1 trade I took a $2820 loss. But this is not the entire story of this week. With my entire account, which includes this 1 Grasshopper Trade along with my Master Trades and a few Day Trades, I had a fantastic week and made $16,540.

Harley Davidson

5/17/21 – Buy 200 Shares HOG @ $51.10

9/21/21 – Sell 200 Shares HOG @ $37.00

Loss -$2820

Total Weekly Loss -$2820

Clearly this Grasshopper Trade is not the entire story of my week.
